The Outlet at DCP Theatre: LOVE, LOSS AND WHAT I WORE – One Night Only 11/16/2019

by Patricia Bradford October 31, 2019

LOVE, LOSS AND WHAT I WORE
A unique theatrical experience about women and their relationship with outfits, shoes, handbags, and accessories
By Nora Ephron and Delia Ephron based on the book by Ilene Beckerman

Saturday, November 16, 2019
7:30pm

LOVE, LOSS AND WHAT I WORE illustrates how women tie their life memories to the clothes they wore. Topics such as high heels, boots, your first bra, and prom dresses are told through comedic and poignant monologues. The show, which will be presented readers-theatre style, is composed of monologue and dialogue.

Women everywhere will identify with the stories told by veteran actresses Linda Friday, Teri Maxwell, Marianne Dell’Aquila, Jayne Galletta, Doreen Haugh, and newcomer, Colleen Algeo. We guarantee laughter and heart-stopping memories along with juicy frankness and poignancy. Please be aware that Love, Loss and What I Wore contains adult themes and language.

LOVE, LOSS AND WHAT I WORE will be featured as a DCP Theatre Outlet performance for one night only: Saturday, November 16, 2019 with a curtain time of 7:30pm. Tickets are $12, $10 if purchased online at www.dcptheatre.com.

Theater/Organization: The Outlet at DCP Theatre

About Us

StageMagazine.org

All of your theatre news in one place!

Founded by Holley Webster in 1976, STAGE Magazine began as a well-loved, paper-based newsletter that was often found in the lobbies of Philadelphia area theatres and the hands of audition-hungry actors.

Ms. Webster passed STAGE along to former Managing Editor, Ethel Guy, who kept the paper version of the magazine going strong. In 2009, Ethel graciously handed over the reins to current Digital Content Manager, Patricia Bradford, who successfully brought the publication online and eventually phased out the paper format to better conform to today's fast-paced Digital Age.

STAGE Magazine is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, which continues to serve theatres in the Philadelphia region while also expanding into Florida!
