Sussex County’s Best Young Talent Takes the Stage This Summer
SUSSEX COUNTY, NJ — Get ready for a rock-and-roll good time as Rising Stars Youth Theatre Company (RSYTC) proudly presents Bye Bye Birdie, the first production of its 2026 Summer Season. Tickets are now on sale for this beloved Broadway classic, performed by an outstanding cast of young performers from grades 2–12.
Filled with laughter, romance, catchy songs, and 1950s charm, Bye Bye Birdie remains one of musical theatre’s most entertaining and enduring favorites. Audiences will follow the hilarious chaos that unfolds when teen idol Conrad Birdie is drafted into the Army and his publicity team devises one final publicity stunt before he ships out.
Featuring memorable musical numbers, colorful characters, and plenty of surprises, this family-friendly production showcases the incredible talent, dedication, and hard work of RSYTC’s young performers.
