POP’S DINER, a new 1970’s Jukebox Musical
You’re invited to step back in time and be part of a nostalgic celebration of music, community, and dreams.
POP’S DINER an all-new, vibrant, 1970’s jukebox musical written by Marty Alen Angstreich, is holding open auditions for talented performers who want to bring this warm, welcoming world to life.
We’re looking for passionate actors, singers, and dancers who embody the spirit of the ’70s and can connect with the heartfelt stories of love, loss, family, and belonging that define POP’S DINER. Whether you’re a seasoned performer or ready to shine for the first time, this is your chance to be part of something truly special.
Dates: Wednesday, September 23rd, and Monday, September 28th
Time: 6:30pm to 9:30pm
Location: Brook Arts Center, 10 Hamilton Street, Bound Brook, NJ
Prepare: a 32-bar vocal selection from a classic ’70s pop song (no Broadway, please!)
Bring: Headshot & resume, sheet music in your key (an accompanist will be provided)
Performances will be January 29, 30, and 31, 2027
