In Becky Mode’s wildly funny one-person tour de force, a single actor plays more than forty wildly different characters—from desperate diners and entitled socialites to nervous assistants, impatient chefs, and celebrities who expect the impossible. At the center of the chaos is Sam, the restaurant’s overworked reservations manager, juggling egos, expectations, and a dining room that is perpetually fully committed.
Set during the frantic holiday rush–December 23, one of the most coveted dining nights of the year—the phones explode with desperate diners, impossible demands, and a parade of personalities all competing for the same impossible reservation.
