It is the summer of 1776 and the nation’s founding fathers are debating declaring independence from the shackles of the British Monarchy. The only issue is our founding fathers all need to agree about it! 1776 follows the story of John Adams, the Congressman from Massachusetts, Benjamin Franklin of Pennsylvania and Thomas Jefferson of Virginia as they set out to convince the members of the Second Continental Congress to vote for American independence and to sign the Declaration of Independence!
Experience the drama, debate, and determination that shaped a nation as America’s Founding Fathers gather in the summer of 1776 to decide whether to break free from British rule. Follow John Adams, Benjamin Franklin, and Thomas Jefferson as they work to unite the members of the Second Continental Congress and secure support for the Declaration of Independence.

Tickets: $8 for adults; $5 for seniors; Children 12 and under are free. There are no performances on Sundays. Tickets are sold on the day of the performance only. No advance sales. The Box Office opens at 5:30 PM and patrons are admitted to the seating area immediately after purchasing tickets. All shows start at 8 PM. The box office closes at 8:30 PM each show night. Audience members must provide their own seating.
