🎙️ THE MOB WAS EASY. GOING LEGIT IS MURDER!
If you love the madcap farce of CLUE and the rapid-fire misunderstandings of NOISES OFF, you’re going to enjoy the fast-paced romp of @OSCAR – A Live Radio Show!
Take your seat in the “live studio” of a 1930s radio broadcast, where an incredible company of actors brings a caper of criminal proportions to life. Inspired by the 1991 film starring Sylvester Stallone, Marisa Tomei, and Tim Curry, our production has been reimagined as a vintage-style, script-in-hand radio broadcast with the warmth of a bygone entertainment era.
When Chicago’s most notorious gangster, Angelo “Snaps” Provolone, promises his dying father he’ll give up the family business and go respectable, he soon discovers that going legit is the most dangerous job he’s ever pulled!
Our cast brings these colorful characters to life with live Foley sound effects created onstage, a treasure trove of music from the era, and delightful vintage-style commercial breaks.
Cabaret Seating & BYOB!
Enjoy the show in our relaxed cabaret-style table seating. Guests are warmly invited to bring their own food and beverages to enjoy during the performance.
Ready to make an offer we can’t refuse?
Bid in our pre-show live auction for a chance to win a scene-stealing walk-on role!
