DESTROYING DAVID
Written and Performed by Jason Odell Williams
Directed by Charlotte Cohn
ATTENZIONE! Michelangelo’s David is in danger of collapsing! And it may not survive the night. Is it the 500 year old crack in the statue’s ankle that will bring it down? The frequent earthquakes around Florence? Or the charming but troubled tour guide with a gift for gab and nothing to lose?
DESTROYING DAVID is a funny, heartbreaking, and ultimately uplifting solo show about the beauty, resilience, and power of art to help us through our darkest hours.
Starring Jason Odell Williams
