Adventure is calling! Based on the iconic Disney animated film, Tarzan the Musical follows the story of an infant boy washed up on the shores of Africa who is taken in and raised by gorillas. Surrounded by the wild, Tarzan’s world is turned upside down as he encounters creatures like himself for the first time. The musical is a story of discovering who you are, stepping into the unknown, and finding the bravery to bridge two worlds that seem impossible to unite. Disney’s Tarzan will remind you of the courage is takes to choose compassion over fear, curiosity over division and love over isolation.
Disney’s Tarzan the Musical features a book by Tony Award Winner David Henry Hwang with Music & Lyrics by Academy, Golden Globe & Grammy Award Winner Phil Collins. The stage musical features beloved classics such as “Two Worlds”, “Son Of Man”, “Trashin’ The Camp” and the Golden Globe & Academy Award winning song, “You’ll Be In My Heart”.
Mainstage actors must be ages 18-35. (New Opportunity for Actors Ages 30-35!)
Auditions will be on Monday, June 1st from 5:30-10:30 PM with Callbacks on Wednesday, June 3rd & Thursday June 4th, from 5:30-10:30PM. Performances will be July 31st, August 1st, August 7th & August 8th, 2026.
Audition & Callback location will be announced shortly.
Please prepare a cut no longer than 1 minute of contemporary Broadway / Pop or Disney Song and bring the music in the correct key; an accompanist will be provided. For the dance portion, please come prepared with sneakers/flats, knee pads and clothes that allow you to move without restriction.
