Open audition: SKELETON CREW by Dominique Morisseau … four people work in a Detroit automobile stamping factory, each connected to the others by years of working together and sharing their everyday joys, pains, hopes, and despair; not to mention their worry that the plant is about to close, leaving them without means of support. Needed: 2m, 2f ~ [ 2m – 30s; 1f – 20s, 1f – 50s (All African-American) ]
Production dates (Fri) Apr. 17 – (Sun) May 3, 2020. No appointments necessary. Auditioners are to sign in between 7:00 pm and 9:00 pm – they will be called in the order they sign in. Callback(s) by invitation only.
Auditioners will be asked to read excerpts from the script. All roles non-union. Actors will receive stipends at the end of the run.
