The Dramateurs will hold auditions for their August production of IT SHOULDA BEEN YOU.

Date & Time
Sunday, April 8 – 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm
Monday, April 9 – 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm

Doors open at 6:30 pm. Auditions begin at 7:00 pm.
Audition applications will NOT be accepted after 7:30 pm.

Individuals auditioning must be at least 18 years old, have reliable evening transportation and be able to perform all scheduled shows. NO CHILDREN WILL BE SEEN OR CAST

For the audition:
– Prepare 32 bars from a contemporary BROADWAY song (from a musical 1995-present day).
– A song from the show is NOT required but can be used.
– If your song is not from the show, you MUST have the sheet music with you.
– Recorded music and/or a cappella singing will not be allowed.
– Headshots/resume will be accepted but are not required.
– Familiarity with the script is helpful.
– All roles are open. All roles are unpaid
– An accompanist will be provided. Please bring sheet music.
– Individual vocal auditions will occur first.
– Those auditioning for Brian and George will be asked to do a short dance audition.
– Some individuals may be asked to do readings from the script.

Rehearsals: Sunday & Tuesday evenings from 7:00-10:00 pm. A third weeknight rehearsal will be held either Wednesday or Thursday evening at 7:00 pm, depending on space availability.

Performances: August 24, 25, 26, 31, September 1, 7, 8

She has performed, directed and produced theatre throughout Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware. Ms. Bradford is founder and Managing Artistic Director of Bare Stage Theatre.
