“Truth and Confessions” A New Musical! …
Standing Ovation Theatre Co. based in Detroit, Mi. will be holding local auditions for the musical “Truth and Confessions”: based on the story of Victor Hugo’s “The Hunchback of Notre Dame”. Auditions are May 1 and May 8, 2017 from 7 to 9:30 pm with call-backs on May 2 and May 9, 2017. Show dates are June 29, July 1, and July 2, also July 27 thru July 30, 2017. Auditions will be held at the CEC 3500 Lancaster Ave. Phila. Pa. 19104. The role of Esmeralda has been cast; all other roles are open including non-singing. Please prepare 32 to 64 bars of an up-tempo or ballad Broadway show-tune and a 1 to 2 minute classical monologue. Bring a standard headshot and resume. No CD’s, tracks, or a Capella. She has performed, directed and produced theatre throughout Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware. Ms. Bradford is founder and Managing Artistic Director of Bare Stage Theatre.
