Forge Theatre will present the popular and time-honored STEEL MAGNOLIAS in March. Performnce dates are March 1, 2, 8, 9, 14, 15, 16 at 8:00 PM. Sunday, March 10 at 2:00 PM Written by Robert Harling, STEEL MAGNOLIAS depicts the story of the ladies in Truvy’s small-town beauty parlor who love each other, even as they argue and gossip about practically everything. STEEL MAGNOLIAS takes us on a sometimes comic, sometimes heart-wrenching ride with th ladies as they discover loyalty, trust, and true friendship during life’s most challenging moments. Greg Morton directs and produces this season’s rendering. The cast features Truvy – Pam Taylor, Annelle – Christa Wisneski, Clairee – Regina DePaolis, Shelby – Abbie Cichowski, M’Lynn – Wendy Mirto and Ouiser – Stevie Tagye. Patricia Bradford holds a Bachelor of Music Degree in Vocal Performance from the New England Conservatory of Music in Boston, Massachusetts. She has performed, directed and produced theatre throughout Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware. Ms. Bradford is founder and Managing Artistic Director of Bare Stage Theatre. Leading STAGE Magazine has become a consuming passion – one which combines her many artistic skills, theatrical contacts and administrative abilities. She is thrilled to be carrying on the vision that was begun by Holley Webster over 30 years ago, and leading STAGE to new levels of success.
